unable to print to usb printer when device is home (not at office)

We have a user who has 2 Wyse 3040 units, 1 at home and 1 at the office.

She cannot print to her printer at home (connected by USB)

She can take that same printer to the office and print (connected by USB)

Is there a setting or policy somewhere that saws print to local usb printer unless it is not in the office and if so block printing?

I just don't know where to look on device or wyse management suite
