SESSION CONNECTIN HAS TIMED OUT ERROR

Hello all , 

We are using dell wyse 3040. I created a new group via WMS. I made my vmware broker settings. I'm getting "SESSION CONNECTING HAS TIMED OUT" error while connecting. I tried a lot to solve this, but I could not succeed, but I found a solution. I reinstalled and deployed the new operating system(W10-21H1) for the pool I was trying to access via Horizon and saw that wyse was connected without any errors. What is the reason of this ? Both images have the same agents, just different operating system versions. Since I have an important application in my old image(W10-1809), I need to connect to it. Can you help me?
