rd gateway & udp
hi all
firstly, using microsoft RD Gateway and ThinOS how come you need to point VDIBroker at the gateway address? Why doesn't the broker address work? If my thin clients are inside the network I would prefer to bypass the gateway. This does not seem possible.
Keep in mind they are not RDPing directly to a terminal server rather an RDS farm. (new style)
secondly, when using the ThinOS through the gateway I can only see HTTP connections. a UDP connection is never established despite having EnableUDP=yes in the configuration file
Connecting through Windows RDP and UDP works fine.
I am testing this using thinOS 8.3
thanks

UDP isn't supported when using RD Gateway. I went through a long discussion with Dell about it.

We experience the same thing.
Did you get any good answer from Dell why UDP is not supported?
Or if they plan to support it in a future release?
