Newb looking for boost advice
I bought an old Wyse DX0d HDX , installed a 240GB SSD and 8GB Ram
I'm hoping it would run faster, has Win 11 debloated installed ON DRIVE, Phoenix 3.0 bios ,
but i've read there are other firmware like Citrix, ThinOS etc.
Do any of these run faster for a PC?
and can I /how can I install these for a boost in performance as a PC ?

If performance is your issue, I would get rid of Windows 11 and install Windows 10.
While there are ways to get around Microsoft's minimum requirements (as you obviously did), you face two issues:
Windows 10 should run better on your system than Windows 11 does.

I agree, but is it normal to take 80 seconds to boot up completely with OS you use?
45 seconds to load a webpage? 12 seconds for a R click to show the options?
Or is it unusually long?

No, that is not normal on the OS that I use. I run Windows 10 on two 11-year-old laptops and they perform those tasks much faster than the times you quoted.
My best advice is that you perform a clean install of Windows 10 using Microsoft's Media Creation tool.

Win 11 operates the same speed on laptops as Win 10, that is irrelevant
I asked about on a Dell Wyse Dx0d microbox that can run Citrix and ThinOs
