Dell/Wyse 5040 running 8.3_008 BETA - How to get Webcam to work?
Hi:
I want to get the integrated webcam to work for the Dell/Wyse AIO 5040. I updated the software to beta 8.3_008 but cannot seem to get the webcam to work. Other documentation I saw references a "USB webcam" but I only have the "vmware virtual webcam" device installed. Using Horizon 7 with View and two desktop pools, Win7E and Win10E.
Where can I get the appropriate software to install the "USB Webcam" in an attempt to get this working? Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

anyone able to get this working?
i am also trying to get de Dell Wyse 5040 integrated webcam and microphone working.
wtos= 8.3
usb redirection voor usb drives works ..
i have included these 2 lines in my wnos .ini file :

Device=vusb ForceRedirect=0x413c,0x2113,0x03,0x01,0x01 InterfaceRedirect=yes
Device=vusb ForceRedirect=0x413c,0x301a,0x03,0x01,0x02 InterfaceRedirect=yes
(found this info in eventviewer )
also tried it without de interface redirect.
we are using microsoft broker VDI environment with rdp redirection.(all server 2012 and win 10 enterprize vm pool)
in need this to work for skype.
Please Help !!
