Dell Wyse USB Imaging Tool 2.0.9.15
I have installed the Wyse imaging tool and it doesn't recognize my USB drive. It's a SanDisk Cruzer Glide 4GB. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit for my OS. When I plug in the USB drive and launch the tool, my USB drives are blank. The USB works as I've plugged it into other drives and not had any issues. I've also reformatted to FAT and FAT32 without any success. If I refresh the drive list, I still don't get any drives listed. I've tried multiple USB ports on my computer.
Thanks!

Try a different brand of USB sticks. Some SanDisk sticks report themselves a USB Drives, therefore, the USB FT cannot recognize them properly.
