Dell Wyse R90L with Dell_Wyse_USB_Imaging_Tool_v2.0.9.15

I have an R90L which has windows xp on it but windows is now corrup and needs re-flashing, i have downloaded the file from the downloads section 9R90_S665_1024 and the Dell_Wyse_USB_Imaging_Tool_v2.0.9.15 but when i try to make a usb pen to push firmware all i get is an error when i try to load the rsp file, i have tried windows 7 and xp machines both same error.
