Dell Wyse Cloud Connect - Android and "Blocked" apps

I have an issue specifically with the Dell Wyse Cloud Connect sticks, when installing an Enterprise app, the app's icon appears greyed out and labelled as "Blocked". When the icon is tapped, a message appears briefly, "Unavailable until touch input is enabled". The device has an attached mouse and no need for touch input. If I go into Settings and enable Developer Options, specifically "Test touchscreen support", the app is no longer blocked.

How can I prevent the Dell Android distribution from Blocking my apps? App is distributed through the Google Play store.
