D90Q10 Imaging problems
I am writing in regard to model #D90Q10, Windows10 thin client. I am creating a custom image for one of our clients and am having trouble pulling the image from the TC to the USB stick. I am using Dell_Wyse_USB_Imaging_Tool_v2.0.9.15 to put the pull the image from the TC to a Verbatim USB thumb drive. When I attempt to do this I get the following error:
"Error: Platform not supported or USB key not configured properly
Reason: Platform unsupported/not recognized by vendor. "
This leads me to believe that the USB imaging tool v2.09.15 does not support Windows 10. Is this correct? If so what is the proper procedure to pull an image from this unit?

Contact Wyse Technical Support for the correct version of the USB FT for WI10 IoT. 1-800-800-9973 and select option 4.
