BIOS locked out

BIOS locked out

I have a WYSE Zx0D / 909714-03L that has its BIOS locked. What I mean is that we acquired the units from another section and had to re-image them. We tried the default password and after 3 attempts it locked itself and now asks for a supervisor/master password and the below that says password hint made up of another bit that we do not have any idea about.

Is there a way to reset the BIOS/CMOS on these devices so that it can set itself back to factory settings?

There is a jumper next to the CMOS battery but not sure if that is to be used and how is it to be used if it is there for reset!

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Turn the machine off for a few minutes and try again using the default password "Fireport". If that doesn't work, you can send it in for reset or you can use the jumper to reset the CMOS.
