Belgian ID card readers on ThinOS 9.x & Citrix

Hi to all,

Our company has several offices in Belgium where customers are identified through their eID card, that they insert in a card reader plugged on the Wyse devices.

Since we have installed new Wyse terminals, especially those with ThinOS 9.x, the app in Citrix "BeID" crashes when the put their card in the reader. Everything works fine on PC and elder terminals with ThinOS 8.6.

If anyone has experienced such a situation and found a solution, it would interest me a lot ! :-)
