XP install Auto Discovery Gmail error
XP install Auto Discovery Gmail error
Auto Discovery won't recognize gmail account. Tried changing settings in \Wyse\PocketCloud Windows Companion\PocketCloudConfig.txt
"TalkServer":null to "TalkServer":"74.125.159.125"
Still doesn't work. Any other suggestions?

Can you re-install the application? You shouldn't change any of the variables in that config file. What is the specific error message are you getting?

I did re-install the application. I get through all the steps of installation except the last one: 6. Configuring auto discovery. The error message is "Login Failed." I can't figure out why this is happening.

I'm actually remoting into my desktop that's at work. However, I have tried this while I was at my desk as well and did not have success. Any suggestions?

Your corporate firewall is blocking access to the ports that we use for Auto Discovery sign-in. Please see this article:http://wysetechnologyinc.zendesk.com...r-login-failed.

Are you connected to a VPN? Is this occurring at Work or at Home?
