Wyse PocketCloud Windows Companion settings

Wyse PocketCloud Windows Companion settings

Hi,

Is it possible to manipulate the settings for the Windows Companion software via registry or ini file?
I have noticed that when an user logs in on our Windows 2008 R2 Terminal Server with the Companion software installed that there is a lot of web trafic generated by the WyseBrowser.exe program.
What is this software doing on the web directly after starting up and how can I change the way it is going to internet?
I don't want this software to follow the Internet Explorer proxy settings, I need to change it.

Kind regards,

Rene.

Please use version PocketCloud Companion v2.0.3. It now controls the traffic usage by the WyseBrowser.exe. There is no configuration values for WyseBrowser to use different proxy settings, it uses IE settings.

The new version solved this issue.

Thanks,

Rene.
