Wyse Pocket Cloud on iPad
Wyse Pocket Cloud on iPad
New user purchased the Wyse Pocket cloud app for the iPad and receive this error message when trying to log into their view session: "Error: error vmware view server did not respond. Please contact the administrator". I am able to login to their session on my iPad. The version of software is 2.1.200 on both iPad's. Do you have any suggestions?

Verify that the correct server information was entered in the username and password (remember the case sensitivity of the passwords).
