We were unable to verify your email
We were unable to verify your email
I signed up and paid for Premium Service, it tells me in the app I have already paid. When I try to click the link to verify my email I got this message.
We were unable to verify your email. Please check your email account and try again.
I have tried from my Computer and my iPhone from 2 different networks and I get the same message. I would like to use the services I paid for. Any suggestions?

Did you click the verification link that we sent you when you signed up? If not, can you check your spam filter and see if it's in there? What's your e-mail address?

BTW are you having any problems using the Premium services like file downloading? If not then everything is working normally and I wouldn't worry about that glitch.

I got the verification email... I clicked the link in the verification email and then I got the message We were unable to verify your email

Hi , Can you try logging into your itunes account once on your desktop. Retry this again on your device..
