VNC connection error pocket cloud companion not installed
VNC connection error pocket cloud companion not installed
I was able to connect to my home computer by setting up a manual VNC connection, but when I try to look at files from the last icon, I get the message that pocket cloud companion is not installed. I have it installed, rebooted and still can't see files. Running windows vista home edition.
No Events found!

Hey guys, unfortunately VNC manual connections do not work with the PocketCloud Companion. Only auto discovery VNC connections, RDP, or manual RDP connections will support this function.

Josh, running pocketcloud 2.2.223 pro version on an ipad2 version 5.0. I get the message on the mobile device. Pocketcloud windows companion version 2.2.15. The icon I'm referring to is to the right of the zoom button.

Jasellitto, what versions of PocketCloud and PocketCloud companion are you using? What device do you have PocketCloud installed on and what firmware is it running?
When you say "when I try to look at files from the last icon", what do are you referring to? Are you getting this PocketCloud not installed message on the mobile device or on the computer?

Hey guys, try updating to the latest Companion application that was posted last night. Let me know if this helps resolve the issue for you.

I'm afraid this has not helped on Mac or PC.
Any further ideas?
