View error #2 trying to connect to vmware view

When I try to connect to my pool I get "if this is a SSL connection, turn on the SSL switch and try again, otherwise contact your administrator. View error #2.

I have connected with this iPad once before successfully. No settings were changed, I verified them. Others can connect through the same server successfully with the same app on an iPhone. 

We are doing a proof of concept for the iPad with this app for our CEO and want to get this taken care of as soon as possible.
