Using my desk top on Ipad
Using my desk top on Ipad
I am able to see my desk top and interact with it. However, when i open the program i want it is cut off at the right end and any buttons or functions that are there i cant access. I have tried resizing the display setting and tried dragging the window pane with out luck.
Any input on this??
thanks.

We have a fix coming for the window size issue in the next companion release. In the mean time if you are able to access your desktop then everything should be good.

What you will want to do is connect with the device in the orientation you want to use it in. That way PocketCloud will automatically adjust your remote servers screen to best fit your device. Unfortunately with VNC connections it is not possible to adjust the resolution of your remote server to fit your device. A RDP connection would be required to be able to do this.

Could you post a screen shot of how the screen looks?

Chris, I have latest version PocketCloud Companion in a Windows 7 (64) and am running PocketCloud Pro on an Ipad New Gen. When I connect to computer via VNC, the desktop appears shrunk and not automatically adjusted to the size of the iPad screen. I also do not find where I can manually adjust resolution. I've tried logging in with iPad vertical and with it horizontal and I get same result either way. Any ideas?

Thanks, Josh. It did not seem to matter whether I connected in either orientation. In neither did the desktop fit nicely to size of iPad screen. When connect to my office server via RDP it works perfectly so definitely only is an issue in VNC.

Connections over VNC will be in the same resolution that your desktop is set to. Only over RDP will it automatically adjust the resolution to match the native resolution of your mobile device.
