Using invoked [pocketcloud://] file w/ RDG & RDP
Using invoked [pocketcloud://] file w/ RDG & RDP
We are using a Remote Desktop Gateway which load balances to a RDP farm.
Manually creating a profile works, but if we remotely invoke the RDP file [which is what we want to do], we cannot find any combination of settings that make it use single sign on. Again, SSO works just fine from the application when a connection is configured manually.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Are there pocket cloud specific commands[i.e,. 'pocketcloud password'] that should be specified instead of the Microsoft standard? There is a setting " promptforcredentialonce" which on a Windows machine tells the client to use the same logon for the RDG & RDP session, but we've tried that and it makes no difference.
Any input is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Unfortunately we do not support this in our RDP file at this point. What you can do is put in a feature request to support it here:

Our product team will review it and hopefully we can support it in the future.
