Unable to log in Mac protected screen
Unable to log in Mac protected screen
My remote machines is set to ask for the login password after 15 minutes of not use. So when I try to connect I need to write down my password but I can NOT do that if using the pocketcompanion. However if I connect to the same machine via VNC I can key my password w/o problem.
So to use the companion features I first need to unlock the screen via VNC.

You should be able to enter your login credentials within the PocketCloud application. If your computer is locked, you should still be able to connect via PocketCloud. As long as your computer is ON and not in the sleeping state, you can connect. If your computer goes to sleep, you will not be able to connect with PocketCloud because we do not support WOL (Wake On Lan).

I did not explain myself good enough, I do connect to my remote computer but I can't key my password, so I get stuck there. I'm able to browse my files and opened applications but I can't pass the first screen because it seems to me that the keyboard is not writing in the password box.

I was unable to reproduce the issue you are seeing. What version of PocketCloud are you using? What version of OSX are you using? Also, what are the exact settings you are using to lock the screen after 15 min? I attempted to reproduce the issue with a manual connection as well as connecting with auto-discovery. Please let me know.
