Unable to connect to pocket cloud when using WiFi
Unable to connect to pocket cloud when using WiFi
I have pocket cloud for my Ipad and on my Windows 7 computer using a VNC connection. I can connect to my desktop using a 3g connection but cannot connect using WiFi. Can anyone assist please?

Are you using the Auto Discovery feature? Or are you manually entering the Windows 7 IP address?

I am using the auto discovery feature. I get and error, "unable to connect"

Can you try below steps to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Can you signout from iPad and retry the connection again.
2. Can you restart the VNC server and PocketCloud windows companion in the respective ord
