"Snail Trail" When Navigating with Arrow Keys - Keyboard / Display Issue
Hi. When I navigate through a draft e-mail or Word document using the arrow keys (i.e., up, down, left, right arrows), as the prompt moves through the document, it is leaving a trail of frozen vertical cursor prompts. For example, if I type a sentence, and then use the left arrow to scroll back to the beginning to edit a word, then the entire portion of the sentence that I've scrolled through becomes virtually obscured with vertical lines at each point that the cursor prompt touched. This is happening whether I use my Bluetooth keyboard or the embedded screen keyboard on the iPad. If I minimize the screen and then maxmize it again, the lines go away, but that's not a practical solution since it would take forever to do this constantly. I am using an iPad 3 and the most current version of PocketCloud Remote Desktop. I also submitted a "request" a few moments ago and attached a screenshot. Please help! Thanks.

My apologies for the inconvenience. We are aware of the issue and hopefully it will be resolved in a upcoming release.

Our engineers have come up with a work around for this for the time being (until it can be fixed in a upcoming release). Change from 16 bit (preferred Desktop Color Depth) within the connections settings in PocketCloud to 24 bit or 32 bit. This should fix the issue for you.
