Single license for iPad+iPhone
Single license for iPad+iPhone
I bought the iPad version and now would like to share the same license and download the app (for free) on my iPhone. Can someone point out the procedure? Thanks!

Login with the same iTunes credentials on both your iPad & iPhone, navigate to the PocketCloud product page, and click Install. You will only be billed once.

Chris,
I've just followed the instructions and downloaded the app on my iPhone. When I checked back on my iTunes balance account, it showed that Wyse has billed me (again) for an amount of $14.99 plus tax. I'm stumped. I want my money back!

In iTunes go to Store > View My Account > Purchase History. If you have two purchases of PocketCloud in there then you can dispute one of them by clicking the arrow next to the transaction.
