session disconnected when I try to reconnect (rdp and vnc) on pc

session disconnected when I try to reconnect (rdp and vnc) on pc

session disconnected when I try to reconnect (rdp and vnc) on pc with pocketcloud version 2.2.244.

I have multiple pc that needs me to be connected each and every time which requires me to log off and disconnected and reconnect again. But after the latest update on my ipad2 (Pocketcloud pro 2.2.244) i started to have a problem when I try to reconnect…it said “session disconnected” both by rdp and vnc.I tried everything on my pc (vista and w7) from this forum and from the support center but still I got the same issue. i have to restart all the pc just to have another connection. Im running iO6 on my ipad2 and everything is just fine with the old version of pocketcloud 2.2.237. it works fine also on my old iphone 3G with 2.2.237 version and on my galaxy note 2 with 1.3.214 version.

My Solution: lucky for me my pocketcloud app on itunes is not yet updated, just to solve my issue about reconnection. I uninstall it on ipad and reinstall it with itunes (with pocketcloud 2.2.237).

i like and it help me a lot with the old process of reconnection, so please fix this issue along with new version of pocketcloud on adroid (version 1.3.216) having the same problem on reconnection.

Are you doing a manual or auto-discovered connections to there computers? If you are using auto-discovery, make sure you are using the latest companion software:

Thumbs up could not connect to server ufter an update

Thanks a lot josh…I also made an inquiry in pocketcloud customer support for android and as they reply they might want to know some of my detail that I think you might also want to know.

im on auto-discovered connection, companion version is v2.5.13, im on windows vista & windows 7 both home premium (made some hack to have rdp), no error message on pc but “could not connect to server” on the mobile devices, and i am not aware of the newest update/version for desktop companion for it shows no notification for an update or atleast check for update button. I think it’s better to have a check for update option on companion each time the program was started. As of now, my issue is already resolve, thought im not updating my ipad yet because my other computer is in the other country for them to update its companion software and it will takes me a while to update it using windows RDP.
