Session disconnected frequently when wifi remains

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the application disconnecting. What versions of PocketCloud and PocketCloud Companion are you using?

Are you having the same issue with a VNC connection to the same machine?

I haven't tried the vnc connection and as far as versions they should be up to date as both were downloaded today.

What version of XP are you using? The Home version of XP does not support RDP connections, but will support VNC. What are you having difficulties with on the setup?

What error message are you getting when you attempt to connect?

Do you have another desktop you can connect to this machine via VNC? This is to test and make sure VNC is working properly. If you cannot connect through another computer, that means that VNC is just not working properly on that computer.

Please try connecting via VNC and let me know if you are experiencing the same connection issues.

Also, what type of device are you using and what kind of computer are you connecting to and what OS is it running?

It is xp home. The vnc is not accepting my IP address for some reason. I keep getting an error message and can't connect.

We are using windows xp and iOS 5 to connect. I am having difficulties setting up the vnc connection though. Ay suggestions?
