Session disconnected error
Session disconnected error
I got IOS PocketCloud Pro on my iPad Air and PocketCloud companion installed on Windows PC Vista 7 Home. I get automatic detection of the PC so it appears on my iPad (via gmail). I have checked the username and password of the PC and they are properly entered on the iPad. The icon says VNC which I assume Pocket Cloud installed automatically on the PC. The iPad is on my home network and the PC on a different home network 300 miles away. I can connect via Skype between the two...
I cannot initiate a first session. I always get Session Disconnected error message. Where do I start troubleshooting as the error message is very laconic with no details...??

P.S. my 78 old mother installed the companion on her PC. I could not visualize the installation but from her comments (via Skype) the installation ran without errors...

Check to see if your firewall and any anti virus allow PocketCloud. You may also want to create another user account with a password and try to connect with that user account.
