RDP via iPad Not connecting after server name change
Hello,
We recently changed the name of our Terminal Server and we can no longer connect via PocketCloud using an ipad and using a Droid Phone. If we use IP, we get a blank black screen then 30 seconds later we get a message: "session disconnected". I have auditing turned on, and the server says I logged in.
When I connect via hostname, old or new name (CNAME in DNS has been created for old name) it immediately says "could not connect to server".
Help...

Are you on the same network as the remote computer? When you get the blank black screen, if you tap on it does that bring up the screen at all? What version of PocketCloud are you using specifically? Have you tried using the companion software to create a auto-discovered connection? You can download the companion here:

Having this installed will bypass all of the manual configurations and should make getting connected easy.
