Problems with automatic dropping connnection? 

Hello,

Recently we have been experiencing some difficulty with the PocketCloud Pro software on the new iPad 3. We will occasionally lose the connection to our remote PC and we are unable to connect again until we re-establish the connection on the same network as our remote computer. Afterwards, it will work briefly until the connection drops again, which requires us to re-verify on the company network again. We are using the automatic connection option, and the manual connection doesn't seem to work for us at all (however we have a user who connects using the manual connection fine using PocketCloud Pro on the Android OS, yet none of our iOS devices will manually connect). We are running Windows 7 Professional on the remote PC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

What version of PocketCloud Pro are you using? What version of the companion software do you have installed? Are you connecting via wifi or 3G/4G?
