Problem editing Hebrew Word documents
Problem editing Hebrew Word documents
When I try to edit a Hebrew Microsoft Word document on the remote computer, I can't type a coma (,) or a stop (.). Instead I get letters from the Hebrew alphabet. Even if I change the keyboard to English, I still get Hebrew letters instead of (,) and (.)

Is the computer you are connected to's language set to Hebrew? Unfortunately that is not a language that is supported by our application at this time. You can put in a request to support it in the future here:

If you set the computers language to English as well as the device, the keys should print the correct characters for you. Please let me know if this does not help.
