PocketCloudPro error

Hi Guy's,

I have been using PocketCloud and PocketCloudPro for over a year now and love it 

But I am getting my first error saying 'Please wait, the previous connection has not closed'

I have tried reseting my connection and logging on with another VPS connector software but cannot get passed this error?

Please help,
