pocketcloud won't work?
pocketcloud won't work?
I have installed the Pocketcloud Windows Companion on my desktop at work, and I have set up my account on my Android with my g-mail account & password, yet am unable to log in on my work computer remotely. A dialog box with the message 'The system could not log you on. Make sure your User name & domain are correct, then type your password again. Letters in passwords must be typed using the correct case' comes up. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong...?

1. What version of the PocketCloud software are you using on your Android device?
2. What version of the companion software are you using on your desktop computer?
3. What version of Windows are you using (XP, 7, Vista, etc.) and what version (Home, Professional, Ultimate, etc.)?
4. What is the exact error message you are getting on your PC and on your Android device?
