PocketCloud Windows Companion crashes upon opening...Windows 7

PocketCloud crashed immediately on trying to open it
every time. Windows 7. See that this has happened to others but see no solution listed. Here is the info provided by Windows in regard to the errors. Solutions requested. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Thank you. It runs fine on my Android phone but not in Windows 7.
