Hi all,

Long time pocket cloud user, first time support poster.

I'm trying (unsuccessfully) to use Pocketcloud on an iPad to connect to my work PC, this sits behind a proxy server which regulates the incoming and outgoing ports.

I was able to find a support page that said to open up ports 5222 and 443 to 132.237.253.250 going outbound which I have done but I'm still getting connection errors.

Is there anything I might be missing here?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I had a look with the search tool but nothing (that I could see) came up.
