PocketCloud keyboard trouble
PocketCloud keyboard trouble
I am not able to access the pocketcloud keyboard with the ctrl, alt, esc, start menu button bar at the top of the keyboard. At one point, I was able to just access that bar at the bottom of my screen and use my external keyboard (clamcase). Then, the bar with the special key menu bar disappeared. I am not sure why and I have been searching and tinkering for quite some time trying to fix it.
Would anyone be able to help me troubleshoot? Thanks!

Is your physical keyboard connected via Bluetooth? It is possible that the reason you are not seeing the virtual keyboard is because you are still paired / connected to the physical keyboard. Try disconnecting the physical keyboard and then launching the PocketCloud application.

What device are you using and what iOS version is it?
Are you able to see the tool bar at the bottom of screen at all (Menu, Touch Pointer, Keyboard, right click, screen zoom, file browser, and minimize)? What happens when you launch the keyboard from the tool bar?
Can you see the touch pointer on the screen? If you can, you can launch the keyboard from there.
Please let me know.

That worked. Now, I am also able to access the top bar of the keyboard while using the external keyboard also (ie. the esc, ctrl, shift, start menu buttons, etc...) and not seeing the virtual keyboard. I find this really helpful when typing and moving between windows. Thanks!
