PocketCloud Free Version (Update Fix 2.2.171) - Still Not Working

I received the update on my Ipad for the free version of the Pocket Cloud (2.2.171) on November 9, but still cannot get the app to work. In fact, I can't even get passed the "Connect" screen. When I click on the "Connect" button, nothing happens.

I deleted the PocketCloud App and re-installed it and now the "Connect" button works, but then I get a message "PocketCloud could not connect to server." I had to put the credentials into the "Connecttion Setings" without the help of my IT Dept., so maybe I have to figure out "port" which is already defaulted to 3389. I put the IP address in and the domain, but I must be missing something. I am just not I.T. savvy. I have been trying to figure it out for 2 hours. Maybe I should just to go the Geek Squad (since my IT Dept. is only here 2 days a week). I will keep trying.

Still having problems here, too.

PocketCloud is doing something "weird" with our apps on the remote end causing them to crash with "range check" errors.

1. Nothing changed on our side - Only PocketCloud.
2. This never happened with previous versions of PocketCloud.
3. We changed 10% of our users to Mocha VNC and 0 reports of problems.
4. The Android versions of PocketCloud do not have these issues.

Sorry for the poor/vague description, but I suspect PocketCloud is sending some sort of "garbage" to the server causing it to crash...

I really hope PocketCloud gets it together.

We have 2,600 installed users and we're 1-2 days out from changing them all to Mocha. It's been nearly a month since PocketCloud has functioned properly and it's been a support nightmare for us, and we're taking the blame as "unreliable" when I know it's not us.

Waiting for resolution

I too, am having trouble with the PocketCloud Free Version for iPad. I have 5 salespeople who are using this app with the Dell SonicWall Mobile Connect app and they need access to our server. Is there anything that can be done or do we need to wait for another update?
