what a pain in the a@#$! I purchased this app for ipad and downloaded the software for win7. after installation I get a small window that does not respond to my win7 mouse so I cant expand it to the "Next" tab to install this remote app. Nothing on the forum or FAQ how do I either get it working or get my money back? You cannot get to the company thru email!

Please click on the PocketCloud icon in your task bar and go to Help > About. What version number is listed? Can you also take a screenshot of the window that is cut off and upload it here?

I downloaded it from the above link and get EXACTLY the same window....It won't respond to any mouse commands. It says something about needing to install tight VNC 2.????? but I can't do anything to execute this. Windows 7 64 bit, quad machine.............I right back where I was when I bought it!
