pocket cloud with iphone and rsa id
pocket cloud with iphone and rsa id
i have a bit of an issue... i installed the pocket cloud on my ipad and it works great! The rsa id utility is running on my iphone so it isn't an issue to generate the RSA passcode and type it in my ipad.
However I am trying to configure it on my iphone now, and each time it asks for a passcode. I start the rsa app, and come back to pocket cloud and select my domain, however it then wants the vmware desktop name, and I can't type one in and upon clicking on it, it again prompts for an rsa passcode.. I go generate one, and it is back to asking for the domain.
I either need to be able to enter them manually or able to keep the connection open and use the same passcode.. or have it auto pass it in for me or?
Any ideas how to get around it?

Do you have the prelogin message configured on the view server? we are aware of a issue with that. Please turn it off for now.

I don't know about the prelogin however.. I cannot change it as this is a corp server, and I don't manage this particular server.

what do you mean with "force quit the app"?
We have also a RSA problem. we can not add the domain everytime the passcode windows pop up.

since it is running correctly on my ipad .. is there a way to move all the settings over to the iphone? it appeared to not transer the domain or the desktop fields

nevermind i figured out how to get it working.. i had to save after each step.. and then force quit the app... for it to retain each step of information.. then i could generate one rsa passcode.. and do the domain.. save it.. force quit it.. then gen a new rsa... start the app.. and do workstation.. etc..
a bit painful.. but it worked..
