password

 Unhappy password

when i try to rdp to my computer, it comes back with password not correct. i know the password and id are correct. i know the app works because i can remote to another computer i have. the only difference is one is a laptop and the other is a desktop. they are both running win7.

1. Are you on an iPhone/iPad/Android device?
2. Are you trying to login as a domain user?
3. For troubleshooting you can keep username and password blank and try to connect. If your connectivity is fine, windows will bring the logon screen. Try logging in now and let us know it works.

Can you provide some details about your setup:
1- What is the OS you are using (i.e. Windows 7 home edition 32 bit)?
2- Which device are you using (i.e. iPhone4, iPad)?
3- Do you have any spaces on your password?
4- Can you connect to your PC from another PC using RDP?
5- Are you using Wi-Fi or 3G?

I am having the same issue, even when I delete the password and try to log in manually it still rejects the user name/password. Just to make sure I connected using RDP through my pc and entered the same credentials and it worked....please help!

1.if your username is part of the domain, please mention domainname\username
