on New iPad 2 - PocketCloud Pro starts and immediately shuts down
on New iPad 2 - PocketCloud Pro starts and immediately shuts down
I have a brand new, just out of the box iPad 2 that has one app installed, PocketCloud Pro (besides what comes on the device). When I start PocketCloud it immediately quits.
Here is the part of the log that I beleive applies but I have the rest saved so let me know if you need more.

version of you app?
IOS version?
Are these ports open? 5222 and 443?
Are you using wyse pocketcloud companion for autodiscovery?

version of you app? since I can't start the app I'm not sure where to get this information. I do have the following: File Name: PocketCloud 2.1.235.ipa File Size: 12,414kb
IOS version? 4.3.5 (8L1) - this is the software version according to the iPhone Configuration Utility
Are these ports open?
5222 - yes
and 443? - yes
Are you using wyse pocketcloud companion for autodiscovery? no
I have used PocketCloud (free version) for the last week without issue on this iPad and another. I reset this iPad to out of the box settings before installing the pro version of the app.

hi kboutelle, Looks like all 3rd party apps are failing. I am pointing you to a Apple forum discussion. It is an apple issue. Let me know if you have any suggestions .
I will also do more research.
