No sound streaming from Mac even with Premium subscription
No sound streaming from Mac even with Premium subscription
Following the the Wyse knowledge base, I purchased a Premium Subscription so that I could get audio streaming from my Mac to my iPad over PocketCloud.
I am still not getting audio streaming over PocketCloud.
what is the 'trick' to enable this? I see nothing obvious, and there are no additional settings/features I can see after subscribing.

Unfortunately connections with mac computers do not support sound because they use the VNC connection protocol and this is not supported by it. Our apologies for any confusion with this. If you were to connect to a Windows PC using RDP sound will work. Unfortunately sound support is a limitation of the VNC protocol. Our engineers are currently looking into a way around it.
