New User; Can't connect

New User; Can't connect

I installed both PocketCloud & the Windows companion.
I'm currently running an iPhone 4, iOS 5.01?(current os as of posting). My desktop is a Windows XP SP3.
I went through auto detect sequence and my pc was discovered and appears under the correct name. As far as I can tell, the VNC ports are matching, and I have Remote Desktop & Assistance enabled in the Windows Firewall.
When i attempt to access my computer via iPhone however, i get this error message:
Error: VNC: authentication failed: 1

What does this error message refer to?
My company's IT firm uses another VNC client (Ultra). Could this client have a security setting that is disallowing additional access?

This problem occurs when the password that you have entered in PocketCloud does not match the VNC password that you set on the computer you are connecting to.

To fix the issue:
1. Go to Start > Programs > Tight VNC > TightVNC Server (Service Mode).
2. Click on "TightVNC Service (Control Interface)".
3. Right click on the "V" icon next to your clock and select "Configuration".
4. Click on the "Set" or "Change" button under "Primary password".
5. Input your desired password in the white box.
6. Click on "OK" to Save.
7. Use this password when connecting from PocketCloud on your mobile device.

It is possible that the other VNC client may not be allowing additional access, if that is the case, you can disable it or disable TightVNC and use Ultra. Below are some details on where to find/set the password in Ultra:

1. Go to the "Start" menu
2. Select "All Programs"
3. Expand the "UltraVNC" folder
4. Select "Edit Settings"
5. Select the Security Tab and enter the password under Authentication. See below.
