Have you tried the newest version of the app (3.0.126)? It is normal to disconnect if you do not login at the Windows login screen, but if the computer is set to not hibernate it will not disconnect when you are idle at the desktop.

You have to sign into PocketCloud every 5 minutes on the iPad or the Mac?

The program is crashing When is want to disconnect from the remote pc!
