Is pocket cloud specific wifi network dependent?
Is pocket cloud specific wifi network dependent?
I installed pocket cloud on my iPad through a wifi connection tethered to my iPhone. I connected the iPad to my work VPN though the app while the iPad was tehthered to my iPhone. It works perfectly through the iPhone tethered wifi network. However, when I connect the iPad to my home wifi through a router, the iPad cannot connect to my work. When I immediately try to connect using a tether to my iPhone,it connects. Any idea what is going on here?

You need to establish a connection with your VPN first, then you should be able to connect through PocketCloud. As long as you can connect to VPN, you should be able to connect with PocketCloud.
