ipad refresh freeze

ipad refresh freeze

Hi

I got pocketcloud on both my iPad and companion running just fine on my Windows 7 pro 

I log in using AutoDiscover and can log in just fine

However, after the initial log in, if I try to launch programs, etc. the screen freezes up (refreshes stop?) and it becomes unfunctional. The Wyse app still responds to the mouse and keyboard so the app has not crashed. 

Any ideas?

When you are connected on the iPad can you try using the advanced keyboard and send a 'ctrl+alt+del' command to see if the desktop responds at all?

That's very strange. The freeze happens after you have logged in? Does it matter what application you launch?

i tried alt+Tab, ctr+Alt+Delete and did not see any responses. when I login thru iPad, my PC gets locked and looks like it looses internet/network connection. Everytime I login on PC after it I see the connection broken

hi, 
your description sounds similar to my problem. ( but I have Windows-XP)
so, I just got pocketcloud and it runs fine. I am sitting in front of my PC, trying lot login thru iPad. Pocketcloud asked for my windows password, and after my login, my PC gets locked (windows login screen appears on PC).
I can see my pc's screen on iPad, but cannot do anything. (it looks like tazmandman described, frozen)
Maybe any PC's settings need to be adjusted? Or is it because of corporate network policy?

Can you try re-installing the app on your iPad? If that doesn't resolve the issue would it be possible for you to take a video of it happening with your cell phone? Are you connecting over WiFi? Are both the iPad and PC on the same network or separate networks? Can you try connecting directly by creating a manual RDP connection instead of using Auto Discovery?
