I Get Kicked Out Of Pocket Cloud On My Ipod Whenever I Try To Connect To My Computer

Whenever I try to access my computer remotely from my ipod wyse pocket cloud loads and then it looks as if I am about to have my remote connection and then I am kicked out of the program on my ipod. I have reinstalled both the wyse pocket cloud app on my ipod and the pocket cloud companion on my computer but I am still experiencing the same problem. I have looked through all of my settings a few times and from what I can tell everything is in order. If you could help me with this I would really appreciate it. I have been using this program for months now and have never had a problem until today.
