Help my screen is broken and i cant find where to get some help.

I tuned my Alienware laptop on about 3 weeks after getting it and the screen has tiny pixels flickering all over it.

depending on the color of the screen it is worse but regardless its not an issue i should have to deal with after getting a brand new EXPENSIVE!!! computer.

can someone please direct me to where i can get help.
