DNS Lookup Fails
DNS Lookup Fails
Running 2.1.217 on either my iPhone (iOS 4.1) or iPad (iOS 4.2.1), PocketCloud does not seem to do a DNS lookup correctly.
1. Connect using Cisco anyconnect to establish a VPN connection.
2. Have a manual connection in PocketCloud pointing to our VMware View server
3. When I use the name of the server, e.g., server_name.company.com I immediately see the VMware View Connection Failed! message and am instructed to check my connection set up and try again.
4. This worked before I upgraded to 2.1.217
5. If I enter the IP address of our VMware View server, it works fine.
What's the problem? Any ideas?

you can once again check your DNS lookup ,
Just visit this site www.whoisxy.com/ip-to-domain.aspx
It has the best information of whois informatin,IP address, IP address to domain, domain name to IP,domain name, DNS query details, and ping test!!!
