Discovered connection shows as VNC ?

Question Discovered connection shows as VNC ?

I'm new to Pocket Cloud... I installed it on a couple of my PCs that I access, and like it allot. I then set it up on two PCs that I need access to at work, and ran into an issue that I'm hoping someone can help me resolve.

The first PC like all the others I setup worked fine after installing the companion software, (running on XP) however the second one that is running Windows 7 like all the others I setup at home shows a small icon as if it is using the VNC on my iPad.

How can I correct this problem, and why did it choose VNC as an option?

Our application will usually choose the connection type that it compatible with your operating system. If PocketCloud chose VNC, it leads me to believe that the Windows 7 machine you are connecting to is a Windows 7 Home Edition? Is that correct? Windows Home editions only support VNC connections. If it is not, does it have any VNC application installed on it? If a VNC client is installed on your Windows 7 machine, it is possible that you will have 2 connections to the same computer on your computer list (VNC and RDP) if you are using auto-discovery. If it is a manual connection, you must have selected VNC instead of RDP when you created the connection. Please let me know.
