Difficulty setting up Pocketcloud for Ipad on Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop

Difficulty setting up Pocketcloud for Ipad on Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop

Hello,

I am struggling to setup pocketcloud. I have downloaded pocketcloud for my ipad and setup up the app on the ipad end for active discovery. I was able to successfully log into my gmail account. After downloading the companion on my Windows 7 Enterprise desktop i try to complete the installation by signing into my gmail account but have continuously received a "login failed" message. It is essentially saying my email and password are not valid. I am absolutely certain I have put in the right login information. What am I doing wrong? Help

Thank you.

I am having problems downloading pocket cloud on my ipad as well, but for a different reason. Safari will not download the pocket cloud Mac file. What do I need to do?

Invalid username/password when signing into Auto Discovery with your Gmail credentials.
1) Open Safari.
2) Navigate to gmail.com.
3) Sign in with your username & password.
4) Enter your password again as well as the CAPTCHA and sign in.
5) Re-launch PocketCloud and sign into Auto Discovery.

On your iPad you can get PocketCloud via the App Store.
The Mac Companion for OS X is available here.
