can't log onto server using rdp, getting error mesage.

can't log onto server using rdp, getting error mesage.

when i'm in the My Computers screen, and i click on a computer to initiate a connection, i get a message that says "Please wait. The previous connection has not yet closed." I've been waiting for a few hours now. I'm also a little dissapointed that there is no Wyse phone support and that I had to give a representative all my information for him to just tell me that he can't help me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please kill the app using home button,
1.Double tap on home button
2.click onthe right minus sign next to pocketclodu app.
restart the app.
